"Services" refers to bathroom renovations, wet room installations, cloakroom installations, plumbing and heating work, tiling, and bathroom adaptations. You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with another person's use of the site.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from our website, including text, images, and design elements, is strictly prohibited.

All quotes provided by Heatwave Plumbing Solutions are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is based on the information available at the time of quoting. If unforeseen circumstances arise during a project (such as hidden damage or additional work required), we will discuss any cost implications with you before proceeding.

A quote becomes a binding agreement once you have accepted it in writing or verbally and paid any agreed deposit. Acceptance constitutes your agreement to these Terms and the scope of work described in the quote.

We may require a deposit to secure a booking and cover the cost of materials. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your quote. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless an alternative payment schedule has been agreed in writing.

Payment should be made by bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

The scope of work is defined in the accepted quote. Any work outside this scope will be treated as a variation and may incur additional costs. Variations must be agreed in writing before work commences.

We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our area of expertise or geographical service area.

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, including clear space and parking. We are not liable for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or failure to prepare the site as agreed.

We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that are discovered or affected during the course of work.

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects in installation but does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

Manufacturer warranties for fixtures, fittings, and materials are passed on to you in accordance with the relevant manufacturer's terms. We will assist you in making a claim under such warranties where possible.

If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 14 days of a deposit payment may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, less any costs incurred for materials or scheduling.

Cancellations after work has commenced will be charged for work completed and materials purchased up to the point of cancellation.

We carry appropriate public liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our work. Our liability is limited to the value of the work undertaken unless caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Heatwave Plumbing Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
